IK Electric is proud to help in the creation of FamilyLife's new $11.3 million International Headquarters, a showplace on Highway 10.

Electrical Contracting

IK provided pre-construction budgeting, value engineering to the builder (ICI, Inc., Dallas) and installed a custom-designed electrical system.

Outside Plant Infrastructure

Working with the utility company, IK built a two-and-a-half-mile aerial/underground fiber optic backbone extension along highway 10 to provide high-speed Internet and voice capabilities to the new facility.

Networking Services

Working with FamilyLife's IT department, IK designed, supplied and installed a converged technology solution, including:

• A complete multi-layer advanced IP Cisco Systems switching infrastructure to converge voice, video and data with broadband wireless for mobile connectivity throughout the facility.
• An ultra-high-speed copper and fiber optic cabling system;
